Reach more of your potential through emotional healing
Emotional disorders come from trying to ignore the pains we feel. Such avoidance serves to physically, mentally and spiritually multiply painful disabilities and impair our judgment. All such avoidance ceases where love surpasses and comforts the pain. The continual process of emotional growth involves identifying distress; like general symptoms of difficulty focusing or sleeping, forgetfulness, eating too much or too little, anxiety/worry or depression. The difficulties that precede these symptoms can range from interpersonal conflicts to loss to "I don't know why."
